Centerview Therapeutic School, a full curriculum
school approved by the Illinois State Board of Education, is a
comprehensive coeducational, residential treatment program
serving students who are deaf or hard of hearing (ages 6-21) who
have emotional or behavioral disorders as well as other
disabling conditions. An adjunctive therapy program and an
individual education program is developed with family and school
district involvement and then solidly integrated for each
student. The therapy and educational programs are the
foundation for building the bridge which will return students to
their regular environment with the greatest potential for
success. In conjunction with residential staff, an
individual treatment plan is developed for each student.
Centerview has established a network of resources which provide
for a well rounded experience for our students.
